Choice Therapy partners with numerous Long Term Care facilities providing rehab services, utilizing physical, occupational, and speech therapies, for our community members residing in long-term care. Our therapists are highly experienced in treating our geriatric population with an emphasis on independence, creativity, and compassion during the treatment sessions. Therapy services address memory issues, vision issues, incontinence, brain injury, hand, and upper extremity problems, and recovery after stroke.
